CREIGHTON SHUTE DO
Elite DPC Owner and Founding Physician
Dr. Shute was born in Opelousas, LA. After graduating from high school, he served on active duty in the United States Navy. Following his Naval services, he returned and graduated from University of Louisiana – Lafayette. He then went on to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus.

He completed Family Medicine Residency training at Fort Benning, Georgia, while on active duty in the United States Army. And, then served on active duty as a physician until moving back to Lafayette, LA in 2014.

Dr. Shute has experience in military medicine, emergency medicine and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

He now resides in Lafayette, LA with his wife Jennifer and their seven children.

LILLA LENDVAI MD
Elite DPC Family Physician
Dr. Lilla Lendvai was born in Budapest Hungary and immigrated to the US in 2007.
Dr. Lendvai obtained her medical degree cum laude from the American University of Antigua in 2021. She then completed her residency training at LSU Health Science Family Medicine Residency Program in Lafayette, Louisiana where she was awarded the Best Resident Teacher Award.
With a focus on building strong relationships with families, she is dedicated to caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. Dr. Lendvai is committed to providing personalized, compassionate and holistic care that fosters well-being in the community.
She currently resides in Broussard, La along with her fiancé and their dogs Bruna and Sadie.
KRISTEN TRAVASOS
Elite DPC Practice Manager
Kristen was born and raised in Lafayette, LA and graduated from Teurlings Catholic High School in 2017.
She obtained her bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from Grand Canyon University in 2023.
She joined the team in July of 2022, and has been an invaluable part of how we bring #NoHassleHealthcare to our patients.
When she's not in the office, you can find her playing pickleball, enjoying water-sports, or spending quality time with family and friends.
Kristen currently lives in St. Martinville, LA with her fiancé and their Miniature Australian Shepherd Shiloh, who keeps life extra fun!
